Tour Bookings and Confirmations

We need you to provide the following details with your booking so we can contact you with updates or changes:

Confirmation of your booking will be sent out within 24 hr of your booking.

Payment Policy

Sydney Bites Food Tours only accepts online payments. Unfortunately, we can't accept cash payments or walk ups.

Weather

• Our tours run in all weather, rain or shine.
• Exceptions include an extreme or inclement weather prediction, and you will be contacted prior to the tour.

What to bring with you on a tour

• Hat, sunglasses, and a bottle of water
• Wear comfortable walking shoes

Refunds and Rescheduling

• Cancellation and refund details shown on the individual event booking page.

• Refunds for cancellations are paid minus any third party booking fee (e.g. Eventbrite) within the timeframe shown on the tour's event booking page, prior to you making a purchase.

• We require three days notice to reschedule your place on a tour so we can rebook a cafe or catering booking, and provide you with the best food experience.
Or you can transfer your tickets to a friend.

Call Sydney Bites Food Tours on 0410444136 during business hours (9AM - 5PM AEST) to organise a refund, or to reschedule a tour.

We will not issue a refund if you miss a tour due to the following reasons:
• Not checking or responding to our email or text reminders, updates, or changes to the tour
• By providing incorrect details in your booking

By making a booking online, you agree you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

Start time and Meeting Place

The official start time of your tour and location is provided in the following:
• Event booking page • Confirmation email
Please check you have the correct time and date before and after booking.
We recommend you arrive 10 mins early for your tour, so we can start the tour on time, for maximum enjoyment, and convenience of all guests.

Dietary Requirements

• All tour descriptions include a diet and allergy alert. • Participants with dietary requirements are advised to contact Sydney Bites Food Tours before making a booking to ensure the tour is suitable to them.

Minimum Tour Requirements

We require a minimum of two guests for a tour to proceed.
You will be notified by email or phone, and you have two options:
• reschedule
• request a full refund

Mobility Policy

Please advise us if you require a walking aid of any variety. Due to the nature of our tours we don't recommend you book a tour if you or a friend uses a mobility scooter.
If you require minimal assistance, such as a walking stick, call Sydney Bites Food Tours on 0410444136.
to arrange any extra assistance you may require on the day, and to assess if the tour is suitable for your walking ability.

Sydney Bites Food Tours involve walking and visiting various venues, most of which are small venues with limited space and access.

Duty of Care

We are focused on providing a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable tour for you, but please be aware that we are not responsible for or liable to any of the following;
• Any injury or illness, including sunstroke
• Dietary reactions due to food allergies
• Any loss or damage to property
